Technical Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Trainer to join our team. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs to our clients, employees, and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical training, instructional design, and project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver technical training programs to freshers / professionals.
  • Conduct assessments to identify training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain training content, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
  • Create and implement training plans that align with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training programs are effective, up-to-date, and meet business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technical training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge in Java / Python / .NET / ML / NLP / DS
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Good to have:

  • Strong training management skills and experience in managing complex projects.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation methods.
  • Familiarity with a variety of training delivery methods, including online and classroom-based training.
  • Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
